There is so much I love about Kristen and Michael’s elegant Pittsburgh Field Club wedding! For starters, the two of them were such an absolute dream to work with. Capturing their love and special moments between them and their families throughout their day was amazing!

Blush, dusty blue, mist green, and accents of gold made up their soft color palette that fit so well with for the summertime and the venue itself. Kristen took the color scheme and designed the invitations and stationery herself. She took a quote written by Michael in a note to her on Valentine’s Day and turned it into a true work of art and insert in the invitation suite. It’s these types of touches that are so meaningful and I was so glad I could capture the detail!

Their ceremony was so sweet and truly special! One of my favorite moments during their ceremony was when a group of their friends played a beautiful song and prayer that the entire church joined in on singing, including the bride and groom! At their reception, I especially loved that for the wedding party entrances all the groomsmen came in a group followed by the bridesmaids. It was a unique spin on tradition.
