This lifestyle maternity photography session was really special to me because I have known both the Mom and Dad since moving to Pittsburgh in high school, and the Mama is one of my best friends! It has been so amazing to watch their little family grown, and I look forward to continue to capture such special moments for them. I love how clean and timeless black and white images are, and I thought it would only be fitting to photograph such a beautiful family using classic black and white film. Fun fact, this session was shot in my own beddroom, which made for the perfect clean and simple space, with white sheets and beautiful window lighting!
