Our travles through the South of France – Provence, The French Riviera, Nice, Monaco…were just a few of the places we visited on our tour of Europe two summers ago! My fiancé and I attended my cousin’s wedding at the beautiful Le Mas des Oules located just outside the quaint little town of Uzès, France. We traveled there with my brother and his girlfriend, exploring the medieval towns and cities that are nestled around the rolling French country side. France is beautiful and life is so simple. Stores and restaurants close mid afternoon and don’t re-open until the evening, where wining and dining continues until the early hours of the morning. The light breeze is welcoming, and of course the architecture and surrounding beauty is breathtaking. While there, we rented a car, which made travel around Provence a lot more convenient. However, the drivers there are crazy! So be careful! After spending a few days in Uzès, we traveled to Nice and then Monaco, where we walked the designer clad streets, stopped by the Hotel Monte Carlo, and dined al fresco. Oh, how I can’t wait to go back!
