OUR PROCESS

Consultation

Let’s get to know each other! We will set up an initial discovery call to learn about your brand, project, required deliverables, budget, and timeline. Our sessions are completely customizable giving clients the flexibility they want and need.

Pre-Production

Upon accepting our proposal we will be begin collaborating on mood boards, your brand story outline, and what items are needed for each asset to lay the foundation for the shoots aesthetic and vibe. This will include props and set design, hair and makeup, wardrobe, etc. This is where the creative brainstorming takes place!

Prop & Talent Sourcing

We will source all the material needed for the shoot – from backdrops, models, rentals, and props all used to enhance your brands identity and aesthetic. We have great relationships with local talent agencies and vendors allowing us a wide variety to select from.

Location Scouting

We currently work out of our studio space which is dedicated to smaller products, headshots, and intimate portraits, however, if your project requires a larger space, we will find the perfect location to fit your brand and style for the shoot.

Production

Our production days can take anywhere from 1-3 full days, depending on the deliverables required. We have a live feed to show our clients the images we are capturing in real time so that the assets can be selected during our shoot, expediting post-production.

Post – Production

The images selected from your session will be edited, retouched, cropped and sized for social media, web, print, and commercial usage. All final images can be accessed and downloaded from your own private online digital gallery.
